Southlake's Timarron Neighborhood
Started in 1994, Timarron encompasses around 1200 acres and 1550 family homes spread throughout the 14 neighborhoods that make up Timarron. Prices tend to be a bit more affordable for homes located north of Continental Boulevard and east of Byron Nelson, while values reach into the millions for those executive golf course homes on the south side of Continental Boulevard. Lot sizes in Timarron can range from .15 all the way to over 1 acre.
Every homeowner becomes a member of the Timarron Owners Association, a non-profit corporation chartered to maintain and own the common areas within Timarron. The common areas include two neighborhood centers, one in the Bent Creek neighborhood and the other in the Wentwood neighborhood. Both neighborhood centers feature 25 meter swimming pools, wading pools and playgrounds plus tennis courts.
The Bent Creek center includes the fitness center, sand volleyball and basketball court. Tennis courts are available at the Cascades of Timarron in Colleyville along with a tot lot playground. Fishing is allowed on a catch and release basis from the lake - as long as you're not on the golf course side! The Homeowners Association does not provide yard maintenance unless you own a home in the Crescent Royale Neighborhood, for which you will pay an additional assessment.
Golf Course and Country Club
Designed by golf legend Byron Nelson, the Timarron Golf Course is a private, 18-hole championship course that winds through the Timarron neighborhood. The facilities are available to those who purchase a Social, Clubhouse or Golf membership through an invitation process. Current members sponsor friends, neighbors and collegues into club membership.
If you take a drive along Byron Nelson Parkway or Continental Boulevard which cut through the neighborhood, you'll no doubt see the constant parade of strollers, joggers, dog walkers, and runners. The winding sidewalks that weave through Timarron connect the neighborhoods with each other, the amenity centers and the golf course.
These winding sidwalks and trails go a long way in connecting neighbors,too. You'll often see folks stopping to chat as they see a neighbor on the sidewalk. Timarron Owners Association hosts several community groups each month from ladies bridge, canasta, pokeno, and a variety of kids play groups and mothers' day outs. There are also organized activities hosted at the Bent Creek facility including tennis league play, tennis lessons, swim team and swim lessons.
The Schools Serving Timarron Homeowners
Depending on the home location, students from Timarron attend Southlake Carroll Schools starting at either Old Union or Rockenbaugh Elementary. Both elementary's feed into Dawson Middle, Carroll High School, and Carroll Senior High.

Southlake's Timarron Bent Creek
The Bent Creek Neighborhood within Timarron is located in the southwestern portion of the development. South of Continental Avenue and mostly west of the Timarron County Club, Timarron Bent Creek is the location of the Bent Creek Amenity Center. Tennis, swimming and a state of the art workout facility are provided within walking distance for Bent Creek homeowners. Homes in Timarron Bent Creek generally range from 3500-6500 square feet and were mostly built between 1992-1996. Lot sizes generally approach 1/2 acre.

Southlake's Timarron Brenwyck
Timarron Brenwyck is located just east of Byron Nelson Parkway about half way between Southlake Boulevard and Continental Avenue, within walking distance to the much loved and acclaimed Rockenbaugh Elementary. Homes in Timarron Brenwyck generally were built between 1994-1997 and offer 3200-3800 square feet on one quarter acre lots.

Southlake's Timarron Bryson Square
Bryson Square is one of the smaller neighborhoods of Timarron. Located east of Byron Nelson Parkway and south of Southlake Boulevard, Bryson Square sits in the shadow of Carroll ISD's Rockenbaugh Elementary School. The Bryson Square neighborhood consists of just three streets of homes built between 1997 and 1999. Bryson Square homes typically offer 3300-3600 square feet and 3 car garages on approximately 1/4 acre.
Timarron Eagle Bend's Custom Homes
Southlake's Timarron Eagle Bend offers custom million dollar homes on estate sized lots. Located along Timarron Country Club property, many homes in Eagle Bend overlook the golf course and its well manicured rolling hills and water features. Generally built between 1999 and 2004, homes in Timarron's Eagle Bend neighborhood range from 5200 to 8300 square feet.
