Ridgeview's Hilltop Location
Ground was broken near the southeast corner of Southlake's 1709 and Davis Boulevard in the summer of 2014. It wasn't too long after that when K. Hovnanian installed the sign announcing their newest Southlake subdivision, Ridgeview. (The company is also responsible for the construction just down the street in Creekview.) Ridgeview's stone perimeter wall encircles the neighborhood, while a stone monument towers at the entry.
A small community of just 31 home sites, the neighborhood offers residents a large park with playground and trails. Thirteen floor plans were designed for sale in Ridgeview. They range in size from about 3400 to just over 4900 square feet.
