Although nearing build out, new construction is still available in Southlake and the options are as varied as the neighborhoods. While national builders such as Toll Brothers have been active in the recent past building out communities like Southlake Meadows and Winding Creek, the lack of available larger land tracts now curtails those larger additions. New homes in Southlake are now found mostly in smaller, custom neighborhoods, often with just two dozen homes or less.
