Southlake's Myers Meadow offers Georgian style homes built primarily by Perry Homes and Newmark Homes between 1994-2000. The planned neighborhood offers two playgrounds, a walking and jogging trail and tennis courts. A large catch and release pond at the entrance into Myers Meadow welcomes visitors. All the neighborhood amenities are connected through the subdivisions sidewalks.
Homes in the Myers Meadow Addition range from about 2800 to 5500 square feet with the majority offering around 4000-4500 square feet. Lot sizes can range from about 1/3 to over 3/4's of an acre. The subdivision offers an abundance of cul-de-sac lots and most homes include 3 car garages and several include backyard swimming pools.
