Foxborough
Located in the heart of Southlake, the Foxborough neighborhood is nestled between Southlake Town Square to the east and Bicentennial Park on the west. You'll know you've arrived at Foxborough when you see the pond and fountain on the north side of Southlake Boulevard.
An intimate neighborhood of just about 65 homes, Foxborough was built between 1998 and 2000. So they are new enough to offer the media rooms, librarys and studys todays homebuyers seek. Homes range in size between 3600 and 5600 square feet, though there are a few over 6000 square feet. Several of the typically 1/2-2/3 acre lots offer mature trees and there are plenty of cul-de-sacs in the neighborhood.
Kids in the Foxborough neighborhood attend the Southlake Carroll Schools starting at the district's newest elementary, Walnut Grove. -Cindy
