Homebuyers have the opportunity to choose new construction homes in one of two districts; the Village District or the Chateaux District. The Chateaux District includes estate lots overlooking Lake Carillon. The Village District homesites overlook the Village Green.
Four lot sizes are available in the Village District with the largest being 65 x 130. The new construction lots will be small by Southlake standards, however, they are designed to encourage the sense of a villa community.
