We definitely lucked out when we bought our first house in the Northwest school district area. We didn't have kids, so schools weren't even on our radar, but Cindy kept telling us that the schools would help resale, and that we'd be really happy with the schools if we did ever need them. Then, two kids later, we needed a bigger house. It turns out being in NISD worked out in our favor again. We didn't want to leave the district and we didn't have to because there is such a wide choice of homes to move up to. Thanks, Cindy!
