ALL NORTHLAKE HOMES
To say Northlake is growing is a bit of an understatement. The city is blooming with new homes in planned communities all along I-35W, the highway that splits the town in half.
So why is Northlake one of the hottest areas in Denton County? Just like so much of the area along Interstate 35W in northern Tarrant County 10 years ago, Northlake still offers land for new homes.
Unlike areas further south, Northlake still offers home buyers some rolling hills and even areas with a quiet, rural atmosphere. The biggest draw for home buyers though is the new homes that are growing out of the ground in every direction.
There is still some pushback from those not "in the know" who think that a home in Northlake is "too far out". What they haven't realized is Northlake's close proximity to the eclectic city of Denton to the north. Or, the easy access to all things Flower Mound and Alliance, dining in Roanoke, and even Trader Joe's in Southlake.
Northlake homeowners have access to first class business centers, medical facilities, entertainment and cultural activities just 15 minutes in any direction.
