Located between I-35 W and 377 north of 1171,The Canyon Falls Master-Planned community is situated on some of the most attractive land in the area. Rolling hills, creeks and native grasses are preserved and create the landscape that helps define the neighborhood’s atmosphere.
While other additions in the area speak to the “Harvest” or a “Town Square” type atmosphere, Canyon Falls’ backdrop of wildflowers, creeks and ponds and native trees speaks to a conservation of nature and a fresh-air lifestyle. The Neighborhood offers home buyers 250 acres of open space and parks and is surrounded by more open space along its borders.
You can't miss the grand entrance into the community off of 1171. Long, winding stone walls flank the four-lane tree-lined entrance. Another entrance, to the north off of 377, passes the Flower Mound Fire Station and Denton County precinct building. There is also a 10 acre Flower Mound park nearby.

The Club offers a resort style pool with beach entry, lap lanes and lounging shelves plus a splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor gathering spaces and a covered terrace for outdoor events.
There is also the smaller and more intimate Westbridge Pool and park. There you'll find restrooms, playground and ample shade from a large pergola. Just follow the trail along the creek to find it. It’s located across the bridge on the west side of the neighborhood. The facility has a large park overlooking a natural creek, running the length of the green space. And don’t forget your fishing pole for the stocked pond that’s fed by the Graham Branch Creek on the eastern edge of that facility.

When you find the neighborhood on the map you’ll see it sits right at the intersection of Roanoke, Flower Mound, Argyle and Northlake.
That puts the addition right in the center of things to see and do in the area. A quick trip south on I-35 past Texas Motor Speedway delivers one at the doorstep of over 150 shops and stores of both Alliance Town Center and Presidio Village.

The Schools Serving Canyon Falls
Canyon Falls crosses the boundaries of 2 school districts. Northwest ISD serves the western portion of Canyon Falls, while Arygle ISD serves most of the central and eastern portions of the addition.
Children living in the western sections start at Lance Thompson Elementary school Opened in the fall 2019, the building is designed for as many as 850 students and is a design prototype for future NISD elementary schools. From there, students will graduate to Pike Middle and Northwest High.
Argyle school district students attend Argyle West Elementary before moving on to Argyle Intermediate, Argyle Middle and Argyle High. Argyle Middle School is within the borders of Canyon Falls. But changes are underway.
The Argyle school configuration will transform starting fall of 2021. Argyle middle school will move to the high school location on 377 and the high school takes over the building in Canyon Falls after completion of phase two construction.
The new high school within the neighborhood includes a fine arts expansion and an auditorium that seats over 800. A black box, theatre classroom, technical theatre room, and dressing rooms are also added. Band and Choir each have a new hall.
Practice baseball and softball fields as well as a turfed field will be made but no stadium was on the bond package for this phase two construction.
