Wooded Lots, Good Floorplans
Two Sections, Two Builders
North Richland Hills' Shady Oaks Neighborhood(s) can be confusing even for real estate agents. There are two neighborhoods that carry a legal description of Shady Oaks located on the north side of North Tarrant Parkway just west of Davis Boulevard.
The furthest east portion of Shady Oaks was built by Perry Homes between about 1991 and 1993. The 75 or so homes feature the generous master baths, gigantic kitchens and Georgian styling (ample storage too) that Perry Homes is known for.
The furthest west portion of Shady Oaks was built by David Weekley Homes between about 1995 and 2001. These 90 homes showcase Weekley Homes' crown mouldings, high ceilings, and outstanding floorplans with superior sight lines.
"Both" Shady Oaks neighborhoods are zoned within the Keller school district with neighborhood children starting at Liberty Elementary.
