Vista Meadows - North Fort Worth Homes for Sale
Double the Amenities
The Vista Meadows Lifestyle
What most home buyers consider to be the Vista Meadows neighborhood is actually made up of two parts... The "original" Vista Meadows and Vista Meadow North. Two private pools with cabanas, two playgrounds, a park and walking paths are the amenities neighbors enjoy in this planned community. Spanning both sides of Beach Street south of Golden Triangle and intersected by Ray White Road, the neighborhood is made up of about 650 homes that range in size from around 1650 to 3100 sq.ft., though there are a few larger and smaller.
Vista Meadows was primarily built between 2001 and 2005. The neighborhood's success spured the continued construction of Vista Meadows North from about 2005 through 2009. You'll see the purple and black Hawks mascot of Timberview Middle School proudly displayed throughout the area, as the subdivision is zoned following Keller School District's feeder pattern from there into the popular Timber Creek High attendance boundary. -Cindy
