Rolling Meadows in the Keller ISD

Rolling Meadows is really two neighborhoods in one. The "original" Rolling Meadows is located on the west side of Park Vista Blvd. north of Keller-Hicks Road and was started around 2006. New construction wound down on the west side around 2011, but picked up again when Beazer Homes and DR Horton homes started building out the 195 or so lots on the east side of Park Vista Blvd. The five floorplans Beazer Homes offered, combined with the 11 offered by DR Horton range in size similar to those found on the west side, generally between 1650 and 3250 square feet. The neighborhood offers a pool, playgrounds and greenbelt. Brick and stone facades are typical, and kids from both sides of the neighborhood attend KISD's Ridgeview Elementary School before moving on to Trinity Springs Middle School and Timber Creek High. Both Beazer Homes and DR Horton Homes have built in many neighborhoods in the area including Woodland Enclave and The Villages of Woodland Springs.
