This vibrant planned community offers a host of amenities for the 1000 plus homeowners through a very active homeowners association. Several new construction builders offered homes for sale from about 2001-2007 in Crawford Farms. So today, there's a wide variety of complementary yet unique home styles, sizes, and price points available. Crawford Farms is located in the Keller School District. In fact, the neighborhood is adjacent to Timberview Middle school and close to the sought after Timber Creek High that neighborhood kids attend.
Who Built the Homes in Crawford Farms?
Crawford Farms was built between about 2001 and 2007. There were several well known new home builders in the neighborhood at various times in the addition's growth. Newmark Homes, Pulte, and Wall Homes built out several areas of the neighborhood, but perhaps the two most active builders in Crawford Farms was Meritage Homes and DR Horton Homes.
Meritage Homes was active throughout the North Fort Worth area at the time Crawford Farms was under construction. They built out subdivisions such as Wilshire Valley and Kingsridge around the same time as Crawford Farms. Area home buyers today are familiar with newer Meritage additions such as Keller's Marshall Ridge and Briarwyck in Roanoke.
Another builder familiar to area home buyers and active in Crawford Farms was DR Horton. Like Meritage, Horton builds across the Metroplex and offers floorplans, amenities and pricing at every level. They built out nearby Mc Pherson Ranch and were active in the Heritage neighborhood in Fort Worth. Newer construction by Horton includes the likes of Dorado Ranch and Sante Fe Enclave.
