Master Planned Community

Keller's Marshall Ridge

Marshall Ridge is one of the newer master-planned communities within Keller's boundaries. Located in the northwest corner of the city with easy access to Highways 114 and 377, the 440 acre community is one of Keller's largest communities at around 900 homes.

Community amenities include pools (and water slide!), greenbelts, two ponds, playgrounds, and even a clubhouse with fitness center... What's not to love? While preowned homes are starting to come available in Marshall Ridge, there are still new construction homes to be had into 2019.

Home sizes in Marshall Ridge range from about 2000 to 4300 square feet, with many homes (both preowned and new construction) offering 3+ car garages and media rooms.

As of January 2016 Meritage Homes was building two series of homes in Marshall Ridge, The Reserve and The Chateau Collection.  You'll find the plans linked below as of that time.

Of course, builders do change out product in new home  communities in order to keep designs fresh, so you'll definitely want to check with the builder regarding current designs and upgrades.  In addition, each plan in the Marshall Ridge lineup includes a host of choices for front elevation design, and those sometimes change too.

Additional Marshall Ridge Homes

Home builders often change up their offerings in a neighborhood to adjust to home buyer demands. Early on in the early days of Marshall Ridge, around the summer of 2008,  Meritage offered two different collections of homes called the Springs Collection and the Waterford Collection.  Homes for those collections make up almost half the neighbohood, the original portions.  

Drees Homes Also in the Neighborhood

Although Meritage has built the most new homes in Marshall Ridge, other builders have built in the addition as well.  Drees Homes, a popular veteran of the DFW area, started building in the neighborhood just as they were finishing out the nearby Harmonson Farms, a neighborhood a bit east of Marshall Ridge. They completed homes in the 84 lot sister neighborhood of Marshall Point Addition as well.

Our Country Homes in Marshall Ridge Often Located on 1/2 Acre Lots

Another new home builder certainly worth mentioning is Our Country Homes.  As a more custom builder, Our Country Homes offered an unlimited choice of floor plans in Marshall Ridge, and allowed home buyers to choose the level of finish-out.  These homes are separate from the Meritage Homes in Marshall Ridge, not mixed in, and they have a bit different look and feel.  When they come available for sale, they are priced higher, too.  But when you have an opportunity to see inside these homes you'll immediately see why.  The finish and detail is impeccable. Like Drees Homes,  Our Country Homes built in the Marshall Point neighborhood as well as Marshall Ridge, and you'll still find Our Country Homes building in Keller and surrounding areas today.
