Lantana Luxury Golf Course Homes

Luxury home buyers will definitely want to include the Laviana of Lantana Addition on their list of "must see" neighborhoods.  Laviana is situated east of Lantana Trail between two fairways of Lantana Golf Course.  Many of the home owners in Laviana enjoy lake views across the greens.   

An intimate neighborhood of just 50 homes, Laviana first broke ground in 2002.  Sanders Custom Homes, the custom division of Huntington / Highland Homes, was joined by Standard Pacific and later Newport Homebuilders.   You'll find homes built by these highly respected companies in the Azalea, Telea and Laviana neighborhoods of Lantana as well. 

It's rare to find 100 foot wide homesites.  But they are available in Laviana.  Of course, with large lots come large homes.  Most houses in the neighborhood range between 4500 and 6000 square feet though there are larger and smaller.  Three and four car garages are typical. High end finishes are expected in the neighborhood including nail down wood floors, extensive mouldings around windows and doors plus ceiling crown.  Lots start around one-third acre and move to one-half acre quickly, many with hilltop and treed locations vistas.
