Several Choices for New Homes in the Keller School District Boundary
New Home developments are springing up quickly in the Keller School District boundary, and seemingly selling out just as fast. Lately, it's been easier to find an inventory of new homes at the various stages of construction to suit any buyer's demands for delivery time. Some new home buyers prefer a home that's on the ground ready to go. Others want to choose their new home finishes, while some want to start from the ground up.
Despite the fact that the supply of new homes in the Keller School District boundary is plentiful, demand seems to keep the prices increasing. Developers are standing firm on lot costs, and builders continue to raise prices to cover the rising construction costs. That doesn't mean there aren't deals to be had. Builders prefer to sell completed homes that are costing them holding money. So, you may be able to negotiate a better deal on completed inventory.
