The blue and white school colors of the Keller-Harvel Elementary "Cowboys" dominate the northwestern portions of Keller. "Cowboy Proud and Cowboy Strong" is exemplified by the high ratings the campus earns from the state, community and parents. Located off Johnson Road just east of Highway 377, the school's 480 or so "Cowboys" come from a wide variety of neighborhoods mostly north of Keller Parkway.
Many of those neighborhoods offer homes built 2005 and later, including Newton Ranch and Bourland Oaks. Other neighborhoods, such as Parkwood, offer mature trees and choices of single story homes. Or, for those homebuyer's wanting a home for sale in the Keller-Harvel Elementary boundary with a larger lot, Harmonson Farms or Mount Gilead Ranch may fit the bill.
