Intimate and Quiet, The Oak Run Neighborhood

Keller's Estates of Oak Run offers quality custom homes in a quiet, peaceful setting. Manicured third to 1/2 acre lots are heavily wooded and lushly landscaped. Built between 1994 and 1999, this intimate little neighborhood of about 95 homes is made up of just seven streets tucked away on the east side of Rufe Snow Drive between Rapp and Shady Grove Roads.

Homes in Oak Run range from about 2500 to 3900 square feet, and include several sought after single story floor plans. Many homes in the neighborhood also offer 3 car garages and inground pools.

A Bit Older, But Wooded Lots

Although the homes in Oak Run are a bit older than some in Keller, I think you'll find the houses that come up for sale are most often updated to include hardwood floors and other on-trend finishes that today's home buyers are looking for.  Being true custom homes, you can expect to find a higher level of trim work in areas such as crown and base molding, around fireplaces and columns, as well as kitchen and bath cabinetry.
