Justin
Texas
Boot scootin' Texans know about the cowboy brand that bears the Justin name. The city is in fact considered "the boot capital of the western world". Located minutes from I-35 and Highway 114 means the city offers home owners easy access across Denton and Tarrant County. Still, the city retains a feeling of being tucked away from the big cities that surround it.

Living in Justin
Justin is growing, but the city is still a long way from resembling the hustle and bustle of neighboring cities. With a population of just under 4000 at the turn of 2020, the town isn't expected to double in population until 2029 according to city planning.
Still, the little city has been discovered. Timberbrook, the largest planned community in Justin will be home to a new public safety building a the location of a new school for the Northwest ISD.
A future business district is under development at the southwest cornter of FM 156 and John Wiley as part of the Justin Crossing development. Expect a national grocer as well as restaurant and neighborhood services retail. Additionally, the much-anticipated reconstruction of the FM 1171 connection will provide an above grade crossing over the BNSF railroad track and FM 156 before descending to grade level at Centre Blvd.
