Hudnall Farm Homes for Sale
Homes in Keller's Hudnall Farm
Considering homes for sale in Keller's Hudnall Farm neighborhood? Nice choice. Hudnall Farm offers a variety of unique features not found in all Keller neighborhoods - mature native trees, larger than typical lots, and gently rolling hills.
Located on the east side of Keller-Smithfield and south of Bear Creek Parkway, Hudnall Farm is an intimate neighborhood of around 50 homes built mainly by David Weekley Homes between 1999 and 2005. Lot sizes in Hudnall Farm start around 1/3 of an acre, though most homes are sited on approximately 1/2 acre. Many homes in the addition offer pools and three car garages.
Kids in the neighborhood attend the Keller school district starting at Shady Grove Elementary and moving to Keller Middle School. Want to know more about Keller homes for sale? Give me a call. I'm always happy to answer your Keller real estate questions. - Cindy
Things We Love About Keller
With 336 acres of developed park space and more than 26 miles of hike and bike trails, it's obvious residents and elected officials put green space and an active lifestyle high on the priority list for funding.
You've probably driven by Keller Pointe's outdoor splash pool. But do you know what's inside the city's recreation center? How about almost 92,000 square feet of fitness and recreational sport amenities.
Keller High School
KISD fields 4 high schools, but Keller High is the only one located in the city boundary. Scholars within the city limits (generally east of Highway 377) plus parts of Colleyville, Southlake and North Richland Hills attend KHS.
