Located on the east side of Keller-Smithfield and south of Bear Creek Parkway, Hudnall Farm is an intimate neighborhood of around 50 homes built mainly by David Weekley Homes between 1999 and 2005. Lot sizes in Hudnall Farm start around 1/3 of an acre, though most homes are sited on approximately 1/2 acre. Many homes in the addition offer pools and three car garages.
