Highland Meadows Homes for Sale
Homes in Keller's Highland Meadows
Homes for sale in Keller's Highland Meadows subdivision often offer some of the most square footage for the dollar in the Keller area. Built by Perry Homes in the mid to late 1990's, these Georgian styled homes often feature second story catwalks that connect bedrooms on each side of the home with a central gameroom upstairs.
Perry homes was known for their ample closet storage, supersized master baths and open floor plans at the time these houses were constructed, and those features still stand out today. Floor plans in Highland Meadows usually include larger than typical bedrooms and kitchen spaces with enough cabinets to satisfy any home buyer. Although a bit older than some homes for sale in Keller, many Highland Meadows residents have updated flooring and countertop choices.
There is a home owners association that governs the neighborhood and maintains the community pool and playground located on the southeast corner of North Tarrant Parkway and Highland Creek Drive (just east of Rufe Snow Drive). Home buyers in Highland Meadows also have access to the walking trail that winds south behind the neighborhood from the North Tarrant Parkway entrance. Sidewalks line every street in Highland Meadows, so children will have no problems getting back and forth from the pool, playground or trail.
Be sure and check out Highland Meadows' "sister neighborhood" of Highland Creek as well. Kids in the neighborhood attend the Keller School District starting at Shady Grove Elementary before moving on to Keller High. -Cindy
