Highland Creek Homes for Sale
Homes in Keller's Highland Creek Estates
Highland Creek Estates
Keller home buyers usually appreciate the floorplans found in Highland Creek Estates' homes. The large windows, open kitchens, and great storage usually found in neighborhood homes for sale is just the right mix for many buyers.
Built by Perry Homes in the late 1990's, Highland Creek Estates offers home owners a greenbelt and jogging trail plus a community pool with playground and clubhouse, all connected by the neighborhood's sidewalks. There are several 3 car garage plans available in the addition, and a large number of home owners have installed swimming pools over the years.
With many homes in Highland Creek Estates sitting on around 1/4 acre lots, there's plenty of room for the rear entry garages typical for the addition. You'll even find a few single story homes as you wind your way through the subdivision, though you'll probably find more one story homes in Highland Creek's "sister neighborhood" of Highland Meadows. Both neighborhoods share the same home owners association and community amenities.
The 200 or so residences that make up Highland Creek benefit from a convenient location off of N. Tarrant Parkway just east of Rufe Snow Drive. Children living in the addition attend Shady Grove Elementary and follow the feeder pattern to Indian Springs Middle School which serves 5th through 8th grade students. Highland Creek Estates falls within KISD's Keller High School boundary.-Cindy
Things We Love About Keller
With 336 acres of developed park space and more than 26 miles of hike and bike trails, it's obvious residents and elected officials put green space and an active lifestyle high on the priority list for funding.
You've probably driven by Keller Pointe's outdoor splash pool. But do you know what's inside the city's recreation center? How about almost 92,000 square feet of fitness and recreational sport amenities.
Keller High School
KISD fields 4 high schools, but Keller High is the only one located in the city boundary. Scholars within the city limits (generally east of Highway 377) plus parts of Colleyville, Southlake and North Richland Hills attend KHS.
