Developed over two phases, the neighborhood offers residents townhomes as well as villa style detached patio homes, each with custom quality and detail. Single story and two story homes are available and several offer three car garages. The lifestyle oriented community includes 9 acres of common nature areas, a 24/7 private access clubhouse with fitness center, community pool, and walking trails.
The Homeowners Association maintains both landscape and home exteriors including painting, so the variety of home styles found in Stone Bridge Oaks which include brick, stone and even stucco, will continue to maintain their sharp appearance for years to come.
Stone Bridge Oaks developed in two stages. Development first started in 2006 with the construction of 24 townhomes. The luxury units often feature elevators and feature high end style and design. The townhome construction lasted until about 2009 when the first of 66 patio homes began. That construction was complete by the end of 2015. This newest phase of single family patio homes were built by Grenadier Homes, who chose to develop high energy green homes in the subdivision. -Cindy
