Lake Pointe in Grapevine
Basements in DFW? Not usually. But Grapevine's Lake Pointe neighborhood offers a few! Located near the intersection of N. Dove Road and W. Dove Loop, the Lake Pointe neighborhood was built by K. Hovnanian between 2014 and 2016. A dozen or so of the homes built allowed for walkout basements.
The intimate neighborhood of just 64 homes sits across W. Dove Loop from Grapevine city park land. Residents can enjoy a stroll along trails linking the neighborhood to Grapevines Oak Grove Park, and easily bike to Lake Grapevine as well as Historic Downtown. Kids in the neighborhood attend Silver Lake Elementary which feeds into Grapevine Middle and Colleyville Heritage. Home sizes in Lake Pointe range from about 3000 to 4300 square feet. If you're looking for something a bit smaller, you may want to take a look at the newer homes in Grapevine's Glade Hill area.-Cindy
