Mature Landscapes: Properties in Established Neighborhoods
Colleyville offers several established custom neighborhoods such as Brook Meadows and Monticello that offer trees and manicured lawns. Highland Meadows is also near the top of many homebuyers' "must see" list of neighborhoods. Grapevine homes are sometimes a bit more budget friendly in neighborhoods such as Dove Crossing, Dove Landing and Countryside Estates. That's because much of the area is a bit older, before the "need" to build the "supersized" houses that started growing in popularity in the mid 1980s.
