One Acre Lots

Gean Estates

The first new home owner in North Keller's Gean Estates signed on to start construction in early fall of 2016. Pre-construction selling of the new homes by Village Builders, a division of Lennar Homes, will lasted through that winter as the model homes were built. After the model was up, sales took off.

Eight floor plans (you can see them here) ranging from around 3150 to just over 4800 square feet are offered on the one acre home sites of Gean Estates. All plans offer 3 car garages as standard, with 4 car garages optional. There are also several single story homes available in this "Estates Collection" series offered by Village Builders.

Pre-construction pricing in Gean Estates started at $624,990 for a 3168 sq.ft 3 bedroom home and rangee to $706,990 base price for a 4830 sq.ft. 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath residence with study, gameroom and media.

 

Former Ranch Land

The 105 acre former ranch land that makes up Gean Estates is located just north of Keller High School between Johnson Road and Bancroft. Phase One of the neighborhood included 37 homesites; the addition will eventually build out at around 110 homes.
