New Home Construction in Colleyville Becoming Rare

Although becoming rare, new construction is still available in Colleyville and the options are as varied as the neighborhoods. Because land is scarce, most new Colleyville additions are more intimate than in the past. One of the more recent, for example is St. Andrews with just 17 one-half acre home sites.

National builders including K.Hovnanian, Toll Brothers and Lennar have built larger planned communities like Somerset Manor and Overlook at Colleyville. All are worth looking into if you have your heart set on a newer construction home in Colleyville.

Award winning local custom builders such as Calais, Larry Stewart, and V. Patrick Gray (to name just a few) build throughout Colleyville on speculation or on your own lot. Such custom speculation homes pop up now and again, so you'll need to watch closely to avoid missing these new builds.
