New home buyers in the Southlake Carroll school boundary have a wide variety of choices these days, though the opportunities won't last forever as land is becoming scarce.
New home development has been moving at a rapid pace over the last few years, so choices are plentiful. Of late, it's been easier to find an inventory of new homes at the various stages of construction to suit the variety of home buyer desires. Some buyers want on the ground and ready to go. Others want to choose their finishes, while some new home buyers want to start from the ground up.
As plentiful as new homes are in the Carroll ISD boundary today, that doesn't mean the prices are not increasing. Demand seems to be keeping pace with builders' output, and developers are standing firm on lot costs.
