Vineyard Creek Estates Grapevine Home for SaleGrapevine  rounds out 2015 with perhaps more new construction homes built than in any other year in recent memory.  The addition of Vineyard Creek Estates to the list of new home neighborhoods is welcome by Grapevine home buyers, as low inventory still plagues the area.  Emerald Homes, a luxury division of DR Horton Homes, was the first builder to raise roof in the addition, with MHI's Plantation Home's breaking ground just in time for end of year celebrations.

DFW developer Centurion American has delivered new construction lots on the south side of Roanoke's Bobcat Boulevard to builder Megatel Homes.  In the works since 2013, the intimate seven acre gated community known as Glenmere will offer residents to just 30 home buyers.  Most home buyers in the area assume Glenmere is part of Glenmere Addition Roanoke TX Home for Saleneighboring Trophy Club... and that makes perfect sense.  The main entrance into the subdivision not only sits on Bobcat Blvd, an entrance into Trophy Club off 377 just north of 114, but Glenmere also shares the heritage golf course naming protocol of many Trophy Club neighborhoods. Keller ISD Feeder Patterns Changing

Changes are on the horizon for home buyers in the Keller School District.  The District originally announced changes surrounding the 2014 Bond Election that would address inconsistent feeder patterns and balance enrollment numbers in the four Keller ISD high schools: Central, Timber Creek, Fossil Ridge and Keller High.  In a special November 2015 Board of Trustees Meeting, the District added some additional proposed feeder pattern changes to accommodate population growth due in part to the high volume of new homes within the KISD.
