Many Choices for New Builders' Homes in the Argyle School District
Considering new homes in the Argyle School District boundary? You're in luck! The cities that include homes for sale in the Argyle ISD are growing by leaps and bounds. New development and construction in the area is at its peak and will likely remain one of the hottest areas for home builders for the foreseeable future. Argyle ISD is expected to double in size by 2023. But not to worry. All expectations are for the area to keep much of its rural charm. And the district has shown every sign it's up to the task of expansion with a recent $66 million bond approval. Still, the entire district will remain smaller than some Texas high schools.
The choice of new construction home and neighborhood styles available in the AISD is perhaps as great as anywhere in the Metroplex. . Consider, for example, the home grown feel of Harvest, with its on-staff Master Gardener, as opposed to Canyon Falls which focuses on walking trails. There's certainly a neighborhood "feel" for all looking to build a new home in the Argyle School District.
